Little Trees is the third piece in my Tree series. Here I use soumak again for the roots.

5” wide, 4.5” high

14EPI warped with 20/6 cotton seine twine. The weft is Mora and a textured yarn from my yarn stash (unmarked). The tree trunks and roots are all done with Mora. The trunk of the tree on the right is entirely using the soumak technique.
