Waterline: Keeping Track of Progress

When I began this project, I pulled a blank journal off my shelf and dedicated it to Waterline. It’s great because it’s small enough to take with me to the river but large enough to store key photos and keep my thoughts together in one place.

I take notes during each group session and can record my progress in between.

But because I also like to view the different stages together visually, I’ve also created this page on my website: Weaving Waterline. You can get a better glimpse into my process by scrolling through that page.

At this point, I’ve finalized the colors for the first 5 inches, so I can begin!

weaving the 2 inch turnback…

I don’t usually devote an entire journal to each project, but this one seemed to be calling out for one of its own!

How do “you” keep track of your progress?

Do you devote a new journal - or space - to each one or keep everything together in one?
