Tree Companions 2 was done on my Little Guy Mirrix loom. This is a second piece in a series I’m working on, not just with trees but (the bigger picture) the interconnectedness of life forms. The first piece, Tree Companions, was much larger.

9” width, 6.5” height

16 EPI, warp is 20/6 cotton seine twine. Weft is done totally with Faro yarns. All but the inside borders and the soumak roots are over 2/2 warps, so probably could have done with 8EPI. Earth is 3 strands of Faro worked over 2 warps.
